Positive change doesn’t happen until leaders recognize that what they thought were tried-and-true ways of management are no longer. Deep reflection in conversation creates a shared understanding of the changing context.
It requires a great deal of humility to admit that “I don’t know what to do.” And a great deal of courage to say, “It is time for us to change.”
This is the sort of process of change that we need. Andy Wilkins is one of those unique people who can enter a corporate environment and lead the kind of conversation that needs to happen.
