You may have noticed that many of the organizations that you have had a relationship with over the past generation are now failing in their care for you as a customer.
This is question about what is termed The Value Proposition. David Pinder with his two co-authors published a book on this called Creating and Delivering Your Value Proposition.
I realize that this is not a new topic for discussion. However the reality is that it is a topic that has not been responded to adequately by businesses in my estimation. The stories I could tell are testimony to the weakening of the Value Proposition as a principle of business.
