I have people ask me how to be a leader. Mark McGrath offers a counter-point focused on Why we should lead. I think you’ll find this very helpful in providing clarity about the nature of leadership today.
I am honored to have Mark McGrath as a return guest to The Eddy Network Podcast. Back in May, Mark and I talked about the importance of John Boyd’s thoughts for leaders today. In this episode, we continue our conversation exploring the horizons of exploration of leadership for our time.
