Paul Grier - Charitable Impact
The Eddy Network Podcast Episode 271
No philanthropic organization can thrive without money. How they acquire that money is one of the great mysteries for many people.
For some of us, we’ve spent part of our careers helping community organizations, like churches, raise money to expand their programs, build buildings, and continue their mission.
My friend Paul Grier worked with churches through the auspices of The Presbyterian Foundation to help them grow and find sustainability. When I found out that he had just retired, I invited him to join for a conversation. This is not an “inside-the-church” conversation. It is rather the big picture about charitable organizations and their leadership.
If you are a member of such an organization, especially if you serve on its Board, then our conversation will be quite relevant to you.
