Sue Heatherington lives at what she calls the quiet edge. When I asked her to describe herself, this is what she sent me.
Sue Heatherington is a writer, poet, and development partner for people creating change without shouting.
Her words emerge from years of leadership across different settings where she frequently disrupted the status quo. Her work is now shaped by living and working in an extraordinary little valley in South West Wales. You can hear this in her words.
You can hear it in her words of verse and the quiet calm of her voice. Through her, I met Gail Boenning, twice a guest on the podcast, here and here.
Gail and Sue represent a presence of quiet and gentleness that is so needed in our world. We should aspire to emulate their calm presence. Where Gail writes from the voices of her 3Muses, Sue writes poetry and shares one of her poems in our conversation.
I am honored to have Sue as my guest today on The Eddy Network Podcast.

Felindre is situated amongst the bryns (hills) and cwms (valleys) and others locales which I regularly strode along with my walking group, before I left South Wales. Evokes many happy memories.
Loved this so much, Sue! And what a poem to finish! ❤️
