Accountability is not a word that many people like. It carries with it the implication of unfairness and manipulation.
In this special episode of The Eddy Network Podcast, I want to speak to accountability as a benefit to us individually and to the organizations where we work.
My aim is to help organizations and their leaders learn to treat their people with respect by providing accountability that strengthens their capacity to serve the company well.
The reality is that senior leaders need to find the courage to create organization structures that support mutual accountability.
I am not sure we have a choice if we are sustain the organizational culture that presently exists.
