The opportunity to interview Kim Witczak came at her initiation. She is a friend of Jennifer Sey who I interviewed on Episode 5 of The Eddy Network Podcast. Both women have taken stands advocating for children in Jen’s case and drug safety in Kim’s situation.
As I learned of Kim’s story rising from the loss of her husband Woody, twenty years ago, I felt a great sense of honor. Kim’s life is an example of Circle of Impact leadership. As a person of impact, she is an example of someone who took “personal initiative to create impact that makes a difference that matters.”
Not only did she take initiative in the aftermath of her husband’s death, but she continues to do so in a way that respects the relationship between authority and accountability in society.
I present this episode of The Eddy Network podcast in honor of Woody Witczak, the inspiration for the work of Kim Witczak.
May their partnership in life and in death continue to bring hope and progress to the world of drug safety.
