This is fascinating. I am studying it. Thanks for sharing.

I would like to invite you and others to take a look at an experiment I am facilitating as an equal partner with the subscribers and participants. Leveraging off decades of success in think tank environments to improve strategic analysis and operational goals for complex system, this project is an experimental attempt to work with a diverse group of equals to examine the entire scope of solutions for the world's problems, come up with new solutions, and go from there. We could use some help. It is free and will remain free. Thank you.

You're welcome Ed. Now it is a 60+ hour per week job. The best job ever for me. I am almost 65, and retired in 2016. Haven't made a dime from this, and never will.

I understand. I moved into the leadership development space in 1985. Realized pretty quickly that I did not agree with most of what I read. As I developed my own perspective, I did good work and lived in obscurity. All that changed when I started writing at Substack a year ago. Now, for the first time I have audience. Best year of my career.

Can you be specific? It would be very helpful. I think you know that when you create something, you can never see as other see it. Thanks for anything you can offer.

You're welcome My comment is based on my limited understanding of what you are offering and how you are offering it. The engagement with and feedback from your participants should offer you significant learning opportunities that should optimize the entire process in unique ways. A very impressive and successful friend recommended your Substack (I understand that recommendation was confidential but could be wrong).
