I am sincere in my comments ... yesterday we had and incident here at our enterprise which relates to lack of clarity of thought, the lack of relationships of respect and trust, and the lack of understanding of the impacts of the job and organization.
Your work and knowledge has immediate application is organizations, especially after the Covid legacy which I think created a lot of organizational damage and toxicity throughout enterprises.
